Our Guarantee

Compu-TTY, Inc. offers our customers a 30-day guarantee on most products sold, with the exclusion of exchange or refund (less shipping, handling and return charges).

Returns and Exchanges

Please retain your packing slip in the event that you need to make a return or exchange. Repack the merchandise carefully in its original carton. You must include all instruction manuals, warranty cards and the original packing materials. Make sure to also include your packing slip. Send the return merchandise to Compu-TTY, Inc, 3408 Indale Road, Fort Worth, TX 76116.

CompuTTY Inc/Krown Mfg reserves the right to refuse any return. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All products used in Transient Lodging or places for Public Access to meet ADA requirements, can be exchanged within 30 days if defective.  Due to the legal sensitivity, all of our ADA products meet strict product standards and we do not resell or refurbish any product that is used for the purpose of ADA access. After 30 days all items will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.


Defective merchandise returned within the first 30 days will be exchanged with the same item. Defective items returned after the first 30 days will fall under the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty policies. All products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufacturer’s warranties are provided for the end consumer. Products that fall within the warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Should you need to verify the manufacturer’s address and/or telephone number, call our customer service department. Do not send items back to Krown Manufacturing to be repaired except Krown’s products. Krown products either in or out of warranty are subject to a minimum charge.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please do the following:

  1. Keep all packing materials in the same condition as you received them. Claims can not be made if packing material is missing.
  2. Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS).
  3. Do not ship the package back to Compu-TTY., Inc; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.
