Returns and Exchanges

Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing accepts returns within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date.

To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be in unused, like-new condition and include all original parts, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, packaging materials, and documentation provided with the product at the time of purchase.

Due to the legal and regulatory requirements surrounding ADA accessibility products, all ADA-related products sold by Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing must meet strict product integrity and performance standards. For this reason, ADA products that have been installed, used, or placed into service cannot be resold or refurbished for future ADA use. To protect the safety and compliance of our customers, any ADA product returned in anything less than unused, like-new condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Returns received in less than like-new condition, with missing parts or accessories, or showing signs of use may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to fifty percent (50%) of the product's original retail price.

Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing reserves the right to reject any return that:

  • Is received damaged or in poor condition
  • Is missing components, accessories, or packaging
  • Has a missing, removed, or altered serial number
  • Was not purchased directly from Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing or an authorized reseller

Products purchased through eBay, unauthorized Amazon sellers, or other unauthorized sellers are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or warranty service through Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing. Customers must contact the seller from whom the product was purchased regarding any return or warranty claim.

Products received by Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing that were purchased through unauthorized sellers may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Any such products not claimed within thirty (30) days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized in writing by Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing. Shipping charges associated with the original order are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

All returns and exchanges require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact support@krownmfg.com to obtain an RMA number before returning any product.

Once an RMA number has been issued, the authorized product must be received by Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing within ten (10) calendar days of the RMA issuance date. RMA numbers expire after ten (10) calendar days. Products received after the RMA expiration date may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Issuance of an RMA number does not extend or modify the original thirty (30)-day return eligibility period.

 

PACKING INSTRUCTIONS

Please retain your packing slip for your records. When returning merchandise, carefully repack the product in its original carton and packaging materials. Include all parts, accessories, instruction manuals, warranty cards, packing slips, and any other materials originally included with the product.

Once an RMA number has been issued, please follow all return instructions provided by Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused.
