Warranty Information

All products are sold with a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. No other warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are provided.

 

The warranty period begins on the original invoice date and applies only to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover malfunctions, damage, or failures resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Product modification or alteration
  • Missing, removed, or altered serial numbers
  • Electrical power issues
  • Use contrary to product instructions or manuals
  • Acts of nature
  • Repairs performed by anyone other than Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing

To obtain warranty service, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Service at support@krownmfg.com. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Once a warranty claim is approved and an RMA number is issued, the product must be received by Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing within ten (10) days. If the product is not received within this period, a new RMA request will be required.

For proof of delivery, customers are encouraged to use UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS when returning products.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product if it is determined to be covered under this warranty.

To help ensure the safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of ADA accessibility products, Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing does not resell or refurbish products that have been installed or used for ADA accessibility purposes. This policy helps maintain the integrity and performance standards expected of products designed to provide accessibility accommodations.

Products purchased through eBay, unauthorized Amazon sellers, or other unauthorized or unrecognized resellers are not covered by the Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing warranty. Customers must contact the seller from whom the product was purchased regarding returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

Compu-TTY Inc./Krown Manufacturing is not responsible for products sold through unauthorized channels. If a product purchased through an unauthorized seller is returned to us, it may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
